8th June at 5 pm for invitation PhD Wioletty Miskiewicz (visiting professor of University of Warsaw/ CNRS) Dariusz Jemielniak gived a lecture based on his book (Common Knowledge – Ethnography of Wikipedia) titled: Wikipedia – open co-operation or open conflict? How animosites and dispute are creating the biggest world ecyclopaedias.

Dariusz Jemielniak is Professor of Management at Kozminski University in Warsaw, Poland, where he heads the Center for Research on Organizations and Workplaces. Beyond academia, he is a heavily-engaged Wikipedian and was elected in 2015 to the Board of Trustees of Wikimedia Foundation.
A lecture was a part of series lecture, conference and workshops titled: Digital Humanities: Project, People, Theory organised by DELab UW.
